Ryan Sfreddo is Principal and CEO of Red Stone Equity Partners, where he leads a team of executives in meeting the company’s goals and objectives. Red Stone Equity Partners is a leading real estate investment firm specializing in the syndication of Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Renewable Energy Tax Credits to facilitate the development of affordable multifamily housing communities and renewable energy projects, respectively. Previously, Mr. Sfreddo served as President of Red Stone Equity Partners beginning in January 2020, and prior to that Managing Director of Investor Relations where he oversaw the marketing and distribution of the firm's tax equity investment products. He is part of the firm's executive management team and investment committee, and also serves as Board President of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition (AHTCC).

Ryan Sfreddo was previously a Managing Director of Centerline Capital Group, an alternative asset manager specializing in multifamily real estate funds and financing. Mr. Sfreddo was part of Centerline's Affordable Housing Group, where he oversaw its LIHTC fund management business of structuring, marketing, closing and managing Centerline-sponsored institutional LIHTC investment funds. Mr. Sfreddo played a significant role in raising, investing and managing more than $5 billion of institutional equity for the firm's LIHTC funds over an eight-year period. Prior to 2002, Mr. Sfreddo was responsible for the acquisition / investment in LIHTC properties, having participated in the sourcing, structuring, underwriting and closing of more than 200 real estate transactions which resulted in more than $1 billion of net equity investment and the creation or preservation of more than 25,000 multifamily rental units. Mr. Sfreddo began his financial services career as a financial analyst with one of Centerline's predecessor companies (Related Capital Company) in 1998.
