Constantly developing ways to deliver value and introduce/develop new products for distributors, wholesale, and OEM customers. Responsible for maintaining current national distributor and OEM relationships in an effort to grow our businesses together.

Responsible for increasing market share, prospecting and recruiting new distributor accounts who fall into our specific customer profiles throughout the western United States, Canada, and Mexico. Continuously engaged in building rapport with key decision makers through strategic questioning, needs analysis, and expanding awareness on product offerings. High level of critical and innovative thinking; questioning/probing skills to uncover issues and create value for customers; a sense of urgency and responsiveness to take immediate action to resolve customer issues.
