In this role I will continue to lead the US Talent Acquisition and global Talent Operations functions, as well as gain responsibility for Europe and Mexico recruitment.

In this role I manage the US Talent Acquisition team, our global Talent Acquisition Operations and Talent Programs.

• Partner with HR Services, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and the Vice President, Global Talent in pursuit of continual improvement of all recruiting related processes, ensuring the most effective and compliant processes, vendors, and systems. • Support optimizing the efficiency of Talent Acquisition as an operation and driving consistency across all hiring efforts with hiring manager and candidate experience in mind. • Plan, detail, drive and execute projects including, but not limited to:o Workday Recruiting enhancements, functionality and reportingo Online employee recordso Documentation of key processes hosted in a centralized location• Evolve our University Recruiting programs on a global level, enhancing their effectiveness and ensuring diverse school selection • Implement Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) recruiting programs and processes• Act as the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Talent Special Point of Contact (SPOC)• Strategize our agency programs, including retained and contingent search vendors ensuring optimal selection and performance• Vendor Management for tools across the Talent space

•Developed, presented and executed a University Recruiting strategic plan focused heavily on Diversity and Inclusion recruiting, program process improvement in the areas of on campus recruiting, employer branding, candidate experience, and data collection and metrics. •Sit on the Diversity Council for Sensata Technologies, driving new initiatives, developing and executing ideas that are achieving race, gender and diversity of thought within the organization on a global platform.•Maintain university relations nationally in the US by partnering with career services, attending career fairs, leveraging our employee alumni’s, and participating in additional events on campus. •Collaborate with engineering directors, HR business partners, and Talent Acquisition managers globally to develop strategies to attract and retain top talent from diverse candidate pools.•Administer both candidate and new college graduate employment surveys and hosted focus groups to identify areas of improvement. •Recruited, hired and planned the summer intern program for 35 interns to include on-boarding, lunch & learns, training and outings •Managed the UR annual budget•Built relationships with business leaders, HR Business Partners and technical members to drive diversity metrics in a competitive environment•Worked with Talent Management and Operational leaders to execute and deliver a new rotational program for entry-level hiring
