Structure and deliver tailored financing solutions (bilateral loans, syndicated loan participation, leasing, etc) in support of the specific products and services offered by large strategic clients through collaboration with EDC’s business development group, our strategic clients, their foreign buyers, financial institutions and others key stakeholders.Perform financial projection modelling by establishing appropriate assumptions, projection drivers and methodology leveraging strong technical modelling skills in Excel. Assist with drafting and review of credit documentation including credit facility agreements and review of aircraft and simulator lease arrangements.Contribute to the credit recommendation process and obtain all required approvals while negotiating mitigants and financial terms and conditions. Establish appropriate transaction pricing compliant with market window or consensus pricing guidelines.
