 Sole responsibility over all custom UI development on the United Kingdom Lanyon Office, in addition, and on top of multiple US conference project assignments. Designated UI Developer for all potential client sales, within this assignment I reverse-engineer the potential client webpage, to brand our suite of products to their branding. I have iterated through this flow 12 times and counting, leading to multiple new client contracts. Any bugs and code logic error that come through I can and do resolve. I have debugged front-end code at a 95% success rate. The other 5% end up being resolved by the platform team – because they are platform based.

As a project Team Leader, I was responsible for the individual and team training of twenty telecommunication inbound sales and customer service agents on the AT&T Wireless and Uverse projects. My primary focus centred on their success in sales and call resolution. I was responsible for screening and grading each agents calls for quality up to five times each month. Coached each agent on live calls in real-time to ensure a high quality of customer service, and discipline poor performance when necessary. Each month I had one on one performance reviews to evaluate every detail of their performance on the phone, and track their progress week-to-week, with in-depth telecommunication web application software. Each week we held an hour long team meeting where we would review important training items for upcoming sales promotions for AT&T Uverse, new cell phones releases and wireless network technologies. My responsibility in these meetings was to ensure that each agent understood what promotions they had available to them to close a sale, and ensure they could explain thoroughly the complex technologies used to manage cell phone networks.About twice a week I would call back and resolve the difficult and escalated customers, who would ask to speak to the manger of a manger. In these difficult interactions I remained the top extreme escalation resolution agent among management.

As a forklift operator, I loaded and unloaded trucks. I also organized and maintained the warehouse and inventory.

I was hired on with SD7 with multiple responsibilities. My responsibilities ranged from writing HR and Policy documentation, to Client Relations and Client Relationship management using Microsoft’s primary CRM. Additional responsibilities included Help Desk and remote computer maintenance and client server management. To basic client website maintenance and content management. I was—and am dynamic, willing to do anything that needed to be done to help SD7 grow as a young company.I was the primary contact for the Avalon Hills and the Healthcare Insights contract. Multiple times I was called onsite at both of Avalon Hill’s locations to remove around 20 company computers so that I could upgrade them from windows XP and Vista home editions to Vista Enterprise editions in preparation for the new Avalon Hills company network. We also created a wireless secure network beam that connected the two sights without the need of a virtual private network. I worked on creating and maintaining an asset database for personal computer systems within Healthcare insights, as well as worked as a systems support technician, maintaining their corporate servers

My responsibilities required me to back up the site database using the old magnetic tapes, log and update each company computer with specific updates. And help configure network settings for corporate visitors to the site that had trouble connecting to the network. I logged and kept records on each computer that needed support on the Cedar City site, and sent IT service requests to Omaha when a new employee needed to be added to the network. I was responsible for creating and filing away the bills of lading when product shipments would leave the plant, and also prepared the less than truck loads (LTLs) for shipment.
