I've converted the following data: Effective BOM, Parts, AR, AP, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Customers, and maintained cross-references between our staging/live Mapics instances and the OPM instance.

Planned, migrated, and deployed Incident Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management from multiple sources such as BMC HelpDesk 5.5, Lotus Notes, and KMR 5.12 to BMC ITSM Service Desk 7.6/RKM 7.5 enterprise-wide for 4000 users.As part of this engagement I planned, and deployed a load-balanced environment for RKM 7.5 between multiple data centers utilizing replicated SAN. Additionally, I wrote and deployed a custom solution conversion tool from KMR 5.12 to RKM 7.5. I also built and deployed federated data sources for internal and external self-service applications,I also built, mitigated issues, integrated and migrated many "extended" or custom internal applications on the Remedy platform to the new Remedy environment.I have upgraded a n-tier 7.6.00 Patch 002 environment to 7.6.04 including AR Server, Mid-Tier, BMC Atrium, and ITSM applications (Service Desk, Change Management and Asset Management).Custom Microsoft SCCM, BMC RKM 7.5/7.6.04 universes in SAP BOXI and extending the data model in BMC BSM ITSM Analytics, as well as custom pods in BMC BSM Dashboards.Additionally, I've created custom CMDB classes and Product Catalog design for Telecom Circuits ( Broadband/IOC/IOX/T1/Sonet/Token Ring/DID Ranges etc).I've planned, designed and migrated data utilizing a custom data migraiton utility developed in C# and the AR API, others with assistance from the Data Import tool.I have extensive experience in AIE, and integration with win32/64 aiexfer and data via external sources.

During this time, I extended a survey application to handle decision trees within ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, AR API, and a full administration application to handle the trees.Additionally, I built a fully customizable dashboard system in ASP.NET, C#, and AR System for the Progressive Demand application. This included using a open-source .NET graphing library and integrating this component with AR System. This system allowed business analysts to submit multiple queries, set a graph type and parameters and the application would use the Demand data to display data via AJAX and the AR API/web services based on user context.I investigated and assisted in the decision to move our enterprise people feed to Microsoft's MetaDirectory tool. I looked in to LDAP services, and other data sources. I developed a suite of data exchanges and designed our integration of ITSM people data from Microsoft's MetaDirectory tool for enterprise level people changes within our BMC Asset Management 7.0 system, these exchanges are still in use today however it has been modified to handle ITSM 7.6.04 changes.During the time between my last title and this a shift occurred where Progressive IT embraced the idea of being out of the box, except for extreme cases and exceptions were allowed.I was one of two lead developers in the migration from Remedy HelpDesk 5.5 to BMC ITSM 7.5. I lead migration discussions with process groups, customers (service desk, tier 2 operation teams as well as application teams [tier 4]). I was the sole developer in migrating the Progressive Knowledge management solution (heavily customized KMR 5.12) to Remedy Knowledge Management 7.5 (RKM). I developed a customized C# conversion tool to convert all documents in the datastore to the RKM XML format and all attachments converted to the RKM standard. I assisted in the designs and presentation, and cost-benefit analysis of the solutions.

I developed and integrated a custom ASP version 3.0 web application with ties to SQL Server with custom schema with a vendor-provided knowledge management application, Knowledge Management for Remedy by KMXperts. The web application was developed due to usability requirements that were not met by the vendor application. I also integrated this web application with Remedy Help Desk 5.5 for side communication about used knowledge articles to be included in incident tickets such as Document ID, Title, Article Categorization (A combination of Operational and Product Categorization), and finally solution details. Additionally, this allowed the service desk to realize usage of solution documents their agents were utilizing for either first call resolution, or for upper tiers of support.Progressive KMR had a customized security model that integrated with Remedy HelpDesk 5.5 permissions and the generic AR System security models (groups).Additionally, Progressive KMR had a fully-extensible template system for new visibility groups (that were "silo'd" due to requirements). I also integrated this system in to MOSS (Microsoft Office Sharepoint Search) utilizing federated search technologies. Later on, I did some R&D to extend this application to be fully accessed through Web Services (article creation, search, and viewing documents) for integration in to BMC ITSM Incident Management 7.0.Other work: I developed an AR-based survey application that was fully customizable by customers to be utilized within a Progressive-built Request Management system named "Demand" (services-based, and a pre-cursor to BMC SRM 1.0). This application was later extended to handle customer satisfaction of closure of incidents in Help Desk 5.5 and Demand.

This application could also handle subscriptions, track clickthru/view events of entire campaigns.dkShare: File asset management web application that handled any file/mimetype and stored the data in both filesystem and databases.
