• Coordinate, communicate and cooperate among all departments in order to improve management efficiency and workflow to ensure contractual compliance and operational excellence• Drive and participate in strategic carrier procurement strategies• Manage all Service Contracts related to the responsible trades• Providing daily guidance to optimize carrier performance, identify improvement opportunities• Maintain and strengthen the partnership with strategic Vendors• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost reduction• Conduct thorough reviews of ocean freight tenders, negotiate effectively, and analyze costs and services to inform strategic decisions

• Plan, organize, direct and control day-to-day ocean operation activities• Ensure optimization of profitability through balancing of revenue, cost and service• Lead and develop the team to ensure a quality performance by coaching• Support customer retention through relationship management• Implement new supply chains and keep track performance• Perform all procurement activities including pre-qualification, supplier agreements negotiation, contracts preparation and rate enquiries handling for region trade

• Plan, execute and review business plan for strategic accounts• Coordinate with relevant parties for pricing strategy and operation supports • Manage and expand the existing client portfolio for both import and export operations• Formulate sales plan and implement sales strategies to meet target• Provide exceptional customer service and manage client relationships• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth potential

• Contact with potential clients for business development• Cooperate with operation team for implement full set of shipment documents & cargo planning• Prepare timely sales analysis report and business forecast plan for management review• Provide professional market research and analysis to understand oversea industry trend
