Led a 24/7 Operations Center for the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Cyber Directorate, synchronizing the reporting efforts of US Government and European partners. Led the operations and administration for two highly technical departments focused on the use of emergent technologies to ensure competitive advantage. Led enterprise-wide, time-sensitive dissemination of critical information to senior executives and national decision-makers. Used myriad and complex technologies to ensure complete situational awareness through the tracking and reporting of over 1000 information nodes. Led the startup of an interagency initiative that unified data collection across five federated organizations into a central, server-based model for data dissemination. Working across various organizations in geographically disparate locations, supervised the iterative testing of newly developed Distributed Operations capabilities. Delivered over 60 project overview briefings to senior executives, since the department was a “must see” for distinguished visitors and other VIPs.
