Promoted in February 2021 to Vice President of Information Technology at GUASFCU. I work with the CTO and other leaders in the organization to ensure that the 20+ members of the Information Technology department work efficiently to best serve the credit union's needs in a rapidly changing virtual environment.- Built, designed, and launched an entirely new website built on the WebFlow platform for our nearly 4,000 members.

Hired as an IT Department Fast-track and Marketing Analytics intern. The IT Department works with the credit union's network security, system optimization, hardware and ATM upkeep, mobile app and web design, and more.Key Projects:- Integrated data from multiple sources to ensure that the hundreds of new accounts that were requested over the first few weeks of the semester were successfully opened in a reasonable amount of time. Presented weekly findings in cross-department taskforce meetings to executives and Board.- Worked on a cross-department task force to analyze and develop an action plan to increase saturation of organic loan portfolios- Developed a model to understand where debit cards were being used to determine the best location to expand our rewards program.

Worked as a Teaching Assistant for two major-level Computer Sciences classes at Georgetown (Computer Science I & II). Responsibilities include holding office hours for students that may need help on homework, projects, or with class material in addition to grading exams, projects, and homework. Helped explain introductory to intermediate level computer science concepts from C++ syntax and code style to object oriented programming and manual memory management through pointers, dynamic allocation, and linked lists. Helped students debug issues in their code and devise test cases to ensure correct function prior to submission.

Oversaw the web portion of NRC's nationwide business, with a web store and marketing engine with over 500 products, an email list of over 20,000 customers, and over $1.2M in revenue. This was a wide ranging position that ranged from graphic design to software development.Key Results:- Increased web revenue 62% from Q1/Q2 to Q3/Q4 2019.- Increased web revenue 262% YOY 2019/2020- Rebuilt the website from the ground up, migrating to a new, modern platform built in Shopify.

Trained to analyze a customer's running dynamics by taking into account previous injuries, training goals and a gait analysis to recommend the best shoes and accessories, while providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone.Created new race from ground up, Clarks Summit Patriot Mile. Codirecting race, specializing in logistics, borough presentations and approval, online sign up, advertising & sponsorships, graphic design, marketing, results & time management. Race drew 125 registrants for its inaugural race, almost besting our established 5K’s enrollment.

LaunchPad is designed for early-stage entrepreneurs and is led by our trained student team alongside Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIRs) and startup founders. Throughout the program, participants are guided through the process of customer discovery through interactive presentations, check-ins, and problem-solving. Members are a part of a cohort that meets weekly, and are taught the methodologies used by premier national incubators to their startups.

I worked with Brucelli to develop an eCommerce platform (www.brucellippe.com) for their PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) division. The site allowed this small business to increase their reach and ordering throughput. Created the website in the Squarespace CRM platform, which included creating imagery, pricing and descriptive copy for over 20 products. I employed Unsplash imagery to create an attractive, cohesive design language for the site and employed Google Ads to increase traffic and improve search rankings.

At Brucelli, I worked full-time while taking online classes at Georgetown as part of a team responsible for the receiving, processing, and fulfillment of Personal Protective Equipment during the COVID-19 pandemic. During my time here, our team fulfilled nearly 5 million pieces of PPE to medical and government facilities across the country. In addition to fulfilling orders, I managed a spreadsheet of daily incoming freight and occasionally interacted with shipping providers, overseas suppliers, and customers to iron out any issues disrupting the supply chain from factory to consumer.
