Lead the organization in digital and content marketing, including the development of (and adherence to) branding and style guidelines.•Respond to customer reviews for all 25 library locations on Google, Yelp, Library District surveys and promptly address all customer concerns to help improve retention.•Use Google Analytics (GA4) and social media management tools to analyze monthly marketing campaigns and translate both quantitative and anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.•Help curate content for the Library District's bi-monthly eNewsletter, reaching over 400,000 active cardholders, with open rates exceeding 35%, effectively driving qualified traffic back to The Library District website and reengaging customers who have not taken an action in 6-12 months.•Assist the Branding & Marketing Department’s support of other Library District departments; Serve as the Library District’s resident expert on all social media platforms, and lead training for staff on entering events on the Library District website and the importance of social media.•Assist in developing and integrating marketing materials, video, and presentations into outreach events; market Library District materials with community partners; and monitor/use social media outlets to increase awareness of outreach events and library services.
