I am skilled in Photoshop, Lightroom, Photo Mechanic, FTP, editing for press. Also networking, communication and leading teams to success. My passion for photography began when I was 16 years old. As I grew older, I jumped into the world of rock climbing and highlining. These sports connected me to nature and I realised I wanted to capture amazing moments of people doing amazing things. That's where my adventure started with sports photography.I completed my Diploma of Commercial Photoimaging in Sydney, which gave me the foundations for exploring creativity, finding a niche, and learning how to customise workflows for different photography projects.I freelanced for a few years shooting outdoor Mountain bikes and trail running on the weekends and also picking up other freelance photography work in performing arts. I experimented with different techniques, such as balancing ambient light and the use of flash. At the same time I was working in photo book printing, which helped me to understand the concepts of editing an preparing images for print and understanding lighting. These fields refined and sharpened my skills and passion to capture and deliver defining moments. My career as a sports photographer has given me opportunities to photograph in events all over Europe. Italy, France ,Austria, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Romania, England, Ireland, and Germany for example. I've worked on large scale events such as London and Berlin Marathons, Team Leader for large groups of photographers up to 17 people in events such as Hyrox Berlin Ironman Copenhagen and Ironman 70.3 in Helsingor, and for events as large as 10,000 participants. My current aspirations are driving me to be more involved with press photography, to document, and to capture the movement and styles of high class athletes.Images have been published in The Daily Telegraph, The Age, Tagesspiegel, RBB24, Spots Illustrated DE, Imago, Sky Sports, Süddeutsche Zeitung, DFB.de, and various other sports publications.

As a photographer at athletic events, it is critical to be a part of the team, to support one another, and to have a positive attitude, no matter how difficult and enduring the events can be. One of the longest events I've ever photographed lasted 27 hours. At this point, I needed to be prepared with an overnight camping spot, enough food and drink, and to be entirely self-sufficient in the moment. These duties can be difficult, but the reward of photographing athletes in a beautiful setting is worth it. As a Team Leader, I am in responsible for liaising with event staff, clients, Sportograf headquarters, and curating a best of series. I can organise and design shooting locations on maps, handle technical or logistical problems under pressure, and lead teams to a successful event.I began working at Sportograf in 2020 with one job for the entire year. There were fewer events and several postponements as the pandemic took hold. The year 2021 looked more promising, with more events opening up and stringent regulations in place. I demonstrated initiative and exhibited my ability to lead teams into events.2022 was a really successful year. It began with some winter events in Norway and took me throughout Europe late into the summer, when I was a Team Leader for almost every weekend. Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Italy, and the United Kingdom are among the countries visited. So far, I have managed up to 16 photographers for events with up to 10,000 participants. Ironman Copenhagen, Muddy Angel Run Berlin, and Dolomiti Super Enduro are a few examples.
