Ryan Menezes is an ad man based in Goa in India. His work as an art director, copywriter, and creative director has helped build many agencies and brands.Ryan started his career as an art director at Ogilvy in Mumbai, and honed his craft at Ambience, India’s hottest creative shop, where he created award winning campaigns for Thums Up and Esselworld. While at Lintas, he bagged the coveted Campaign of the Year Award for Tata Safari, a first in the agency’s history. Ryan put SSC&B Lintas and India on the international award map by winning the country’s first Cannes Gold Lion. This was followed by numerous other wins, making SSC&B Lintas the most internationally awarded agency at the time.During a brief stint at Scanad Lowe, Nairobi, he created history of sorts by winning 37 awards and 2 Grand Prix and Art Director of the Year Awards for two consecutive years, making Scanad Lowe the Agency of the Year.At Mudra DDB India as its first National Creative Director, Ryan revamped the agency’s creative department and product, transforming the creative perception of the agency and resulting in a meteoric rise in the Campaign Brief Creative Rankings.As Executive Creative Director at McCann Erickson India, Ryan led and mentored creatives at McCann, MRM (McCann’s digital arm) and McCann Health and was instrumental in winning the Jet Airways, Etisalat DB Telecom, Nirlep, and Nirav Modi Jewellery accounts.As Chief Creative Officer of Percept India, Ryan integrated and mentored the creative 
departments across Percept’s Entertainment, Media and Communications verticals, and led winning pitches for FedEx, Foodpanda, Tresmode, Toyota Camry, Toyota Corolla, Toyota Fortuner, Canon EOS, Canon Printers, Olympus, Ditto TV, Panchshil Realty and DB Realty.In 2017, Ryan turned creative entrepreneur, working on projects with curated creative, strategy and production teams or in-house creative, as required.In May 2020, Ryan put a name on the door, and founded RMCA, and continues to create rewarding work for brands and agencies.
