Designed and implemented comprehensive web analytics solutions for over 20 web properties including several large, well known e-commerce websites. Solved complex data collection problems using a variety of advanced tracking methods and experimental testing of live web traffic. Developed Excel and Google Docs spreadsheet programs with one-click data updating and automatic report population.As an official Google Analytics Qualified Individual, set up numerous tracking solutions with unique challenges and requirements using Google Analytics. Some of these include subdomain tracking, cross-domain tracking (including tracking across Facebook iframes), one-page check out processes, and advanced event tracking scenarios.Worked with content management systems such as Wordpress and Magento, as well as other analytics and optimization applications such as Omniture SiteCatalyst, Google Website Optimizer, Crazy Egg, and Visual Website Optimizer.
