• Provide technical and clinical support for Aquabeam robotic system in territory ranging from North America to European Union• Collaborate with Professional Education, R&D, Marketing and Sales teammates to identify training requirements by creating competency, comfort and expertise with all PROCEPT BIOROBOTICS technologies among physician and support staff • Piloted Regional Clinical Sales Specialist role in the Midwest to transition large scale adoption of procedure in the United States• Provide surgeon and staff training, in-service support and clinical assistance for customers• Field service Engineer responsibilities including installations, repairs, preventative maintenance and software upgrades of Aquabeam robotic system• Work closely with research and development on any system modifications or execution of any field based requirements specific to Aquabeam robotic system

• Cover and assist surgical procedures for orthopedic surgeons in the greater Chicago land area and Milwaukee• Develop call lists, identify priority target doctors/facilities and follow up with cold calls/leads• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and educational events for target doctors (labs, educational courses, product demos)• Prepare equipment needed for surgical procedures as needed by surgeon clients
