Coffee isn't just a beverage for me; it’s been a lifelong fascination. The way I learn? Out loud, asking questions, and staying relentlessly curious. That’s how I operate.Back in my corporate days, I was the guy sneaking off to cafes, pestering baristas with questions about their craft. Why tap the milk jug? How do you pull a perfect espresso shot? What’s the secret to that stunning latte art? That curiosity took me from cafes to hospitality, and ultimately to founding Coffee On Cue.From day one, my mission was simple: rescue event-goers from dreadful coffee. We’ve all been there—9 out of 10 people have choked down a bad event coffee. I wanted to change that. At first, it was about making great coffee, having a laugh, and getting to know people—learning their stories while they sipped away.Today, Coffee On Cue is transforming the workplace. We provide in-house café solutions and coffee carts at events for some of Australia’s biggest brands across Melbourne and Sydney.11 years on, I’m fortunate to have a stellar team by my side. Together, we’re realising our vision: To Create Coffee Worth Talking About.Outside of Coffee On Cue, I’m proud to be a board member of EO Melbourne and chair of the Accelerator program. It’s a role close to my heart, where I help guide young businesses through an intensive two-year program, helping them scale to $1 million USD in annual sales.Over the years, I’ve learned a few truths about myself.
