As a Senior Technical Recruiting Manager within Robert Half's Boston based Information Technology Search team (direct placement), my focus was on partnering with mid-size and venture round companies to support these firms technical teams growth.Key responsibilities included leading end-to-end recruitment for diverse technical positions, specializing in Software Engineering, ML/AI, Data Science, Security Engineering, Cloud, Mobile, and IT Infrastructure. To achieve success, I crafted and executed recruitment strategies employing an array of tools like LinkedIn, LinkedIn RPS, Salesforce, social media, email marketing, and industry networking events. Overseeing the recruitment pipeline and employing KPIs ensured high fill rates within optimal timeframes.Another critical aspect was cultivating and managing relationships with hiring managers, often at the CTO, VP of Engineering, or VP of Technology level. From initial client contract negotiations, compensation negotiation, and offer stage. I collaborated with them to devise hiring plans and executed strategies to meet their objectives. My role extended to being a subject-matter expert, educating hiring managers on market dynamics, skillset trends, and delivering agreed-upon services.Maintained ongoing communication with candidates, proactively addressing their job search concerns, and excelled in overcoming obstacles, extending compelling offers, and closing deals effectively.Additionally, I drove business growth by expanding the existing client base while actively pursuing new opportunities. This involved prospecting clients and utilizing outbound marketing through telephone, email, and online professional platforms.Furthermore, I served as a Senior Mentor within the team, contributing to new employee training and development. My aim was to ensure a high level of proficiency and cohesion within the team structure.
