I have been involved in the design and planning of over 1,000 automotive facilities, over 150 financial branches, and countless other project types.I managed Bank of America's retail implementation program, Nissan's NREDI rollout program, Toyota's Image USA II program for SET. I am the Principal in Charge of Porsche's prototype redesign, design intent document refresh and regional architect team, and the Principal in Charge of the Rolls-Royce North America, BMW NA and MINI USA accounts. Praxis3 has been involved in the design and planning of over 1,800 dealerships across the United States. Overall professional experience includes managing large scale prototype design and retail rollout programs, extensive work on interior architecture, adaptive reuse and base building projects ranging from $2 - $170 million. Responsibilities required building relationships with and managing clients, project teams, engineers and all consultants. Assumed this role from pre-design / planning stages through construction administration for a variety of project types that include retail, corporate interiors, entertainment, academic, biotech, light manufacturing, medical, and residential – primary focus since 2002 has been on automotive dealerships and related facilities.
