For the eight years, I have dedicated myself to professional excellence, serving Tasca Ford in multiple, increasingly responsible positions highlighted by outstanding customer satisfaction and success as a mentor, trainer and leader. As the Assistant Manager of the Parts Department, it is my role to maintain satisfactory profit on dealer capital invested in parts inventory, while accomplishing objectives through functions such as purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, pricing, and merchandising. I look at the work of our team as service management – providing solutions with exceptional service to our retail, commercial and in-house customers. I am proud to work for a family organization that strives to maintain the proud legacy of honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction set by its founder – and I have often been commended for going “above and beyond” in ensuring the highest level of customer service. In 2012, I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Economics from Central Connecticut State University. I completed my studies while working full-time, and have a well-honed mathematical aptitude. I graduated in the top 15% of my class with a 3.6 GPA and was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society, Phi Alpha Theta National Honor Society for History majors, and Omicron Delta Epsilon – the national Academic Honor Society for Economics.This is an exciting time to be working with an organization that exemplifies product quality and service excellence.
