Bank Separation ProgrammeAn initial 6 month contract to support the Group IT Shared Services function deliver Infrastructure Projects for Co-op Bank has led to 5 year tenure in a number of roles. During this period the Bank are going through a period of transition from using Co-op Group shared services to IBM for all Infrastructure related change and support. As a Project Manager (Infrastructure Lead) responsible for: • Workstream Lead for 2 towers within the IT Separation programme.o Business Applications Tower - Successfully migrating applications and services to IBM from initiation to knowledge transfer.o Security Tower – Ensuring licences were in place and upto date as well as ensuring the security of the datacenters was in place before Technical separation and handover to IBM.• Delivered a number of other Bank facing, Infrastructure Projects.o 2 high profile HR Projects involving multiple partners & significant integration worko Tactical Win7 Desktop solution to support the Bank during transition to IBM• Managing these projects I was responsible for a number of Technical resources delivering services for the Bank ranging from Unix and Wintel Analysts to DBAs. Middleware and Network Specialists• Managing Project plans• Working with a number of 3rd party suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of Projects.
