Now a part of the LHC Group.I was brought in to lead all technology operations of this high-growth startup with around 900 end-users and a budget of $1.7 million.My role included:--- IT Management --- I spearheaded technology support for 16 acquisitions, 4 brand launches, 600 new employees, and company growth to $100 million.--- Employee Development --- I had a staff of 4 in helpdesk and administration that I coached, taught, and mentored.--- Agility --- I stood up the technology in a 15-bed hospital with a staff of 30 within 7 days in the middle of COVID.--- Remote Work --- I led the cause to pivot to remote work 3 years prior to COVID-19 hitting. We implemented telehealth and Microsoft Teams which allowed us to continue operations with 0 downtime when the pandemic hit.--- Cloud --- I built total cloud-based processes with Azure AD, MDM, modernized EMR, and creation of data marts. I also created a CRM inside of Power BI, Power Flow, and Power Apps to create clearer line of sight into sales.--- Operations Management --- I also handled our corporate leasing program and wrote out diversity policy.--- Power BI --- As the company SME in Power BI, I created databases, data lakes, the CRM, and ETL processes inside of Power BI, Power Flow, and Power Apps to create clearer lines of sight into company operations.

Now known as ProMedica Senior Care, I utilized data to help inform and execute various marketing and sales campaigns while developing KPIs and overseeing vendor management.My role included:--- Sales Enablement --- I spearheaded the rollout of a new CRM system to 20,000 employees in 26 states. I also oversaw the sales component of our EMR rollout.--- Process Improvement --- I enhanced our admissions process including instructions on how to code and take notes on pending patients to manage 2,000 daily increases in patient numbers while also allowing quicker patient admission times.--- Automation --- I automated bonus payouts by tying accounts in our EMR to the designated account rep.--- Reporting --- I wrote daily, monthly, and weekly reporting mechanisms for the sales teams in Microsoft Excel.
