I'm very technically diverse with a broad background of experience valuable to any company. As Computer Engineering graduate and Brocade Certified Network Engineer I am very experienced in technical support, troubleshooting, and problem solving. I also work great as part of a team or on my own. My role with the IT team at Edmonton Airports helped to grow my technical abilities doing desk side support in a large corporate environment, but also exposed me to a campus area network, data center technology, and helped me hone in my problem solving abilities. Other experience includes network troubleshooting / configuration for the airport network while at Core Network Solutions. I am familiar with ticket tracking software such as service desk software. I have been involved with things from desktop support (remote support) to network design / implementation / support, web design, social media administration, graphic design and marketing. Recently, Ive been involved with the development of the RSG Metalworks websites and business. I also built the RSG Off-road website as a custom drop ship Shopify website for off-road products bought from various vendors with various shipping cost requirements. My main focus was RSG Metalworks and developing the RSG Metalworks business from conception, being integral to its operation as it evolved and continued to grow. Some responsibilities included developing/maintaining/designing of the Shopify website including product photography or configuration, coordinating shipping logistics, shipping negotiations, coordinating orders to be filled efficiently and accurately. I was responsible for order fulfillment administration, implementing and creating new products onto the site, as well as marketing. I was heavily involved with customer service, customer issue management, production tracking, asset tracking, as well as all around general shop management for a team of 7 or 8 different positions spanned across three separate locations for our shop as a whole. I believe in providing a combination of great customer service and diverse technical abilities to the end clients, combined with the other skills I have learned and can apply. I believe to be an asset to any company as I'm highly adaptive to any situation.
