SASB became one of the leading brands and frameworks in developing a global sustainability reporting landscape. The role as Product Integration Manager allowed me a unique opportunity to grow swiftly and continuously, while helping clients and investors in understanding the link between sustainability and financial performance.• Lead a subscription licensing product of 400+ institutional clients, generating $4.2m in revenue in 2022. Representing 1.8x growth in clients and 2x growth in revenue from 2021, with a renewal rate of 97%.• Worked with corporate reporting platforms and data & analytics firms to develop services implementing the SASB Standards and other ESG frameworks. Provide thought leadership on the rapidly evolving ESG reporting landscape through the development of content and events.• Influenced investors, through quality consulting services, to integrate SASB Standards into their investment analysis across a wide variety of applications including proprietary ESG scoring models, portfolio company engagement, to top-down risk management.• Built and evolved data products with major data providers (MSCI, Sustainalytics, Bloomberg) and public frameworks (UN SDGs, SFDR, GRESB) that have become cornerstones of market ESG implementation.• Advised clients on the connectivity between the SASB Standards and GRI, TCFD, and Integrated Reporting. Assisted clients in materiality assessments based on mappings to the SASB Sustainable Industry Classification System to other industry frameworks (GICS, NAICS, EU Taxonomy).• Served as relationship manager and resource for organizations licensing SASB products, providing direction through two mergers with IIRC and IFRS Foundation. Leveraged these engagements to inform future development of SASB Standards, licensing products, and their applications in market infrastructure

Built out Bank of New York (BNY) Mellon’s financial products services across Ireland and India. Projects ranged from large scale internal automations to direct client enhancements and supported strategic growth across EMEA and APAC.• Served as product owner to develop a new trade validation platform for the Bank’s largest client. Successfully removed severe legacy bottlenecks, unleashing new profitability potentials by multiplying capacity by 10 times, and provided clients with compliance with new regulatory requirements.• Rotated between Ireland and India for 18 months to lead major product migrations and developments for 150+ institutional clients. Collaborating across numerous product, operations, sales, and tech teams to support a global growth strategy by establishing a full 24-hour market service.• Developed new product delivery teams, responsible for training, retention, and performance appraisal. These teams supported the daily operation and delivery of financial analysis for client portfolios.• Partnered with tech and client success teams to restructure onboarding processes for a new premium client that brought in 30% of revenue supported by the Ireland product delivery team. With this success, the new onboarding processes and platform were applied for all future new clients.
