I create value for my clients by developing a deep understanding and interest in each company’s business operations, history, goals, challenges, and exit strategy. I proactively identify tax planning opportunities, tax schemes, and credit incentives while minimizing exposure for higher-risk tax positions. I create partnerships with individuals and business management to provide responsive and thoughtful solutions to issues that arise. I thrive on providing solutions for complex transactions, business combinations, succession planning, multi-state nexus and filings, international reporting requirements, and many others. Before joining the professionals at Campbell Taylor Washburn, I trained at KPMG Sacramento. There I learned valuable skills in a wide array of industries and multi-billion-dollar businesses. I focus on multi-state, multi-national companies to the closely-held family business.
