Senior Support EngineerSecureauth Corporation Dec 2014 - Oct 2015Irvine, California, UsAs a Senior Support Engineer my job was to assist customers with the more challenging implementation and support issues relating to our SecureAuth IdP product. This did, at times, include diagnosing and resolving issues in the customers' IT environment outside of our product. In addition to the support role my other duties included:I was the support team lead for product upgrades. With the IdP playing an integral role in our customers' IT environment, these upgrades could be complex and span many months. I often assumed the role of a project manager to assure a successful upgrade. I developed scripts which automated common tasks for the support team (e.g. backup, migrations, etc.). These scripts became so popular they were later included with the standard distribution of the product and used by customers. I continued to enhance and maintain the scripts during my tenure in support. I was a primary contributor to the documentation library and consistently in the top three of contributors to our Confluence library.
