Ryan Thom is a Partner at Novacap, where he focuses on U.S. and Canadian investments in digital infrastructure. He serves on the board of CTG, a leading developer and operator of communications tower infrastructure.Prior to joining Novacap, Mr. Thom was an Investment Director at Antin Infrastructure Partners, where he led U.S. investments in digital infrastructure and transportation. He served on the board of directors for Antin's investments in FirstLight, a leading fiber-based bandwidth provider in the Northeastern U.S. and Empire Access, a fiber-to-the-home provider in New York and Pennsylvania. Prior to Antin, Mr. Thom worked at The Carlyle Group in New York. He was a Board Observer for ITS ConGlobal, North America Central School Bus and CT Service Plazas, and was responsible for Carlyle's investment in Qube Logistics (ASX:QUB).Mr. Thom received a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. His interests include aviation (private pilot), music and ice hockey. He is based in New York.
