Though still active in the feasibility side of ProMatura Group, my focus shifted to conceptual planning, site assessments, predictive analytics, and consumer research studies intended for developers interested in building residential and mixed-use communities. I reported and worked directly with the CEO on all domestic and international projects (specifically focused in Europe). I played an integral role in discovering demographic and economic data that could be used alongside our industry knowledge as ProMatura Group expanded internationally into new markets. Analyst- January 2016-December 2016 (1 Year)I collected and analyzed economic, demographic and industry data that pertains to the age-qualified housing sector. My time was primary focused on completion of preliminary feasibility and full feasibility studies intended for developers/investors/land owners looking to build age-qualified communities. Studies that I have completed have spanned the across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Southeast Asia.Research Intern- May 2015-August 2015 (4 Months)Introduction to the feasibility department and methodologies used to predict success for age-qualified housing products in markets across the United States. I Focused on analyzing industry data to include pricing, occupancy, supply, and demand which is presented in our preliminary feasibility studies (snapshot reports). Towards the end of my internship, I was tasked with completing the first snapshot report in Ontario, Canada for a medical complex.
