**Scenic View Transportation transitioned into a 501(c)(3) Not-for-Profit effective 1/1/23 named A Blessed Path, Inc DBA Scenic View Transportation**A Blessed Path, Inc. DBA Scenic View Transportation provides safe and reliable ambulette transportation to clients living in Stark, Summit, Mahoning, Portage, and Wayne counties. We operate a fleet of 40+ vehicles and have a full staff of over 70. On average, we accommodate over 250 trips per day and over 50k trip legs per year!My role at Scenic View was to oversee day-to-day operations in the field (fleet management) in addition to field/office staff management. This included the following positional knowledge: scheduling, billing, AP/AR, HR (hiring/termination/credentialing), in-office/field training, state mandated cert/recert training, contractual obligations, org audits, etc.Some highlights of my accomplishments in my role include:- creating tools and SOP for running business remotely- stewarding the implementation and organization wide training of a tablet-based routing system- implementing a PTO benefit system and tracking metrics before the implementation of a clock-based time system- creating internal QA systems while we experienced a capacity increase of 80% in 18 months- overseeing operations during COVID-19 pandemic and;- Being awarded the 2022 and 2023 Stark County “Best of the Best” in Vehicles - Transportation/Limo category.
