• Handle escalated issues for the Safe Deposit Box and Tax Certification Departments • Act as subject matter expert for functions of Safe Deposit Box and Tax Certification Departments• Certified Level One AOM Practitioner• Assist supervisor with AOM duties as well as various day-to-day AOM tasks• Provide leadership and support to staff• Create, maintain, and update standard operating procedures for multiple regulated functions• Ensure department is in compliance with all applicable regulations and laws• Review and approve WAG updates• Assist supervisor with coaching and development of staff• Responsible for department work flows and AOM lending/borrowing obligations• Ensure departments are within all Service Level Agreements• Provide the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and TD Bank programs such as Fidelity, CMOD, and NetQuery

• Open accounts for customers as well as help grow customer relationships with bank• Perform all customer maintenance from name changes to handling legal documents• Handle opening and closing supervisory responsibilities • Maintain high level of quality • Maintain and exceed CWI and SR goals• Act as opening and closing supervisor as well as over see store employees while management wasn’t available

• Analyze and process commercial loan transactions in compliance with credit policy• Communicate directly via e-mail, phone or written correspondence with Lending Assistance, Relationship Managers, and participated banks• Administrative contact for participation-sold loans to provide customer service on maintaining portfolio
