Customer: Department of Homeland Security, US-VISITDescription: Led the evaluation team in developing an analysis of alternatives for the Department of Homeland Security's US-VISIT Project. Primary author and lead for the Exit Pilot Evaluation Report, informing the acquisition decision for nationwide deployment of an interim biometric exit capability at airports and seaports. Presented evaluation findings to DHS stakeholders and developed presentations for the US-VISIT director. Led weekly status meetings and working sessions. Coordinated sharing of Exit Evaluation data with CBA team. Created and updated the Exit Evaluation project plan and project schedule. Created evaluation procedures as a contributing author of Exit Pilot Evaluation Plan. Developed training curriculum for Onsite Data Collection team members. Customer: Department of DefenseDescription: Member of the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Messaging Transition Team, responsible for coordinating site assessment surveys and creating design documentation for migrating various legacy platforms to Exchange 2000. Conducted migration of messaging systems, including email, security groups, distribution lists, public folders, and the Defense Messaging System to the NMCI. Led messaging migration for NAS Pensacola, New Orleans, NAS Oceana, and Naval Station Norfolk.

Engineering Lab Intern: Created lab environments using an extensive selection of hardware and software. Provided troubleshooting and testing assistance to senior engineers on Cisco Routers and Catalyst Switches, DNS and connectivity issues, and storage arrays. Scheduled and supervised contractor support and maintenance for Sun and Compaq hardware and software issues.Quality Assurance Intern: Performed duties as Test Lead including finding and communicating bugs to development contractors, editing and updating test plans.
