In my prior role, I spent 10+ years at Alliance Data Card Services, leading consumer loyalty and credit card programs for retail and travel & entertainment brands, managing an annual marketing budget of $100MM and leading teams of 30+ professionals. I have a strong background in finance and operations, having managed multi-billion dollar P&Ls, led high-performing teams, and launched new products and capabilities to improve the customer experience.
