Working closely with designers, developers and marketers I ensure that all aspects of our projects are fulfilled to the highest standard. After graduating university with a degree in graphic design, I began my journey as a UX & UI designer working on the design and strategy for apps and websites, this lead me into more of a leadership role where I have the opportunity to ensure quality throughout the whole project process.More recently I’ve been involved in creating and enforcing the strategy and processes for my team, ensuring successful projects for us and our clients.I have a passion for technology and innovation and ensure that this filters through to my work, I'm always on the lookout for new and better ways to improve myself, my processes and those around me
