Lead a team of direct reports and supervisor staff to develop, implement and maintain lean manufacturing operations. Responsible for facility wide manufacturing processes, value stream strategy, automation/equipment effectiveness and continuous improvement. Reporting to COO, a key member of staff setting the strategic vision of the company's operations.

Worked for Engineering Manager to complete engineering projects while meeting cost, delivery and product specification requirements. Responsible for recruiting, hiring and managing 3 rotating co-op positions in the Engineering department.- Recruited, interviewed and hired 8 different coops from 4 different Universities.- Developed training and management strategies to coach, mentor and inspire the team of co-ops.- Created management tools to organize work and work loads for each co-op position.- Led project to re-engineer and build nine 600hp tractors for export, adding $5.4M in revenue.- Developed standards for work instructions, SOP’s and CAD assemblies improving quality and productivity.

Worked as a team and independently to design components and systems for capital/commercial high pressure food processing equipment.- Designed pressure relief system improving life span and decreasing wear on parts

Worked as a team and independently to bring new products to market from concept through to full production and supported operations in front line rapid problem solving and DFM design changes- Designed, built, tested and launched into production a 150 hp tractor generating more than $7.2M in recurring annual revenue- Led project for 300 hp stump grinder, meeting cost and specification requirements
