After 17 years in the construction industry spanning executive roles in New Business and Commercial Management, I became frustrated with the extent that common mistakes were repeated and how lessons were infrequently turned into actions. That's why I became a Director of Visibuild, a platform that aims to transform the construction industry by providing project management software with quality management at its core, promoting collaboration among all stakeholders involved in a construction project, from architects and engineers to contractors and owners. There are staggering amounts of information not currently being captured and properly managed in construction, and our goal is to help people easily capture it and harness it to provide valuable insights. We are a company that works with the leaders of the industry, who set themselves apart by delivering the highest levels of quality and compliance for their Clients and end users. At Visibuild, we believe that technology can help overcome some of the most pressing challenges facing the industry, such as delays, cost overruns, and productivity gaps by focusing on quality control. By providing a more accurate, efficient, and transparent way of managing construction projects, we hope to make a positive impact on the wider industry.
