We grew the the community to 2500+ hosts, 3000+ events in 90 countries where we've observed upwards of a 20 to 30% increase in engagement with LinkedIn as a result of the community.

As a consultant I provided business transformation support to Federal Government clients. Support included strategy development, business process re-engineering using a Lean Six Sigma approach, organizational design and balanced scorecard implementation.

Held various roles as Design Engineer and Process Engineer. Introduced a Lean Six Sigma approach to the surgical tool manufacturing process, which resulted in quality improvements that drove manufacturing production yields to above 98%.
