Responsible for Capital Projects related to Development within the Township.

Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of multiple projects ranging in value from $30K to $4.1M in the areas of construction and rehabilitation of transportation related facilities, including roads, bridges, and sewers. Responsible for the full project life cycle, including the following: budgeting, preparing terms of reference, review of proposals, risk management, review and acceptance of deliverables, project change control documentation, communication with a multitude of stakeholders including Council members, and schedule tracking. Formulated the 5 year roads rehabilitation plan (2018-2022) for the Town in 2017, through a comprehensive review of the pavement condition index and average annual daily traffic counts for the Towns road network. Sole engineering staff reviewer at the Town for utility drawings submitted under Public Utilities Coordinating Committee (PUCC).

Responsible for the installation, maintenance and analysis of data from SoundPrint® acoustic monitoring systems as well as conducting P-Wave® electromagnetic inspections and analyzing/reporting on the data collected. Perform acoustic/electromagnetic surveys, ensure the operability of monitoring systems as well as provide an in-depth assessment of the results of surveys.

Project management and project coordination for the Great Man Made River Project water pipeline infrastructure and integrity project located in Libya. Project management tasks include utilizing hydrophone arrays for structural monitoring, maintaining the hydrophone arrays, supervising the installation of a fiber optic structural monitoring system, utilizing and maintaining the fiber optic structural monitoring systems, training Libyan staff on the use of the hydrophone and fiber optic structural monitoring systems.

• Various structural calculations used for the design of reinforced concrete, structural steel buildings and bridges, retaining walls, and building foundations; as well as, the preparation and review of structural drawings on various projects • Assist in the preparation of various documents including: request for proposals, health and safety plans, annual monitoring reports, operation and maintenance reports, phase I and phase II environmental site assessments, cost estimates, contract documentation, purchase orders, and invoice letters• Performance of various field activities including: groundwater fluid monitoring, groundwater sampling, surface water sampling, residential well surveying, soil sampling, drilling contractor administration, excavation contractor administration for soil remediation and tank closures, rebar inspection and contractor oversight for various construction projects

Ensured the contractor abided by the contract documents by monitoring on site construction practices, quantity calculations, and preparation of monthly payment certificates
