Oversee production of architect/engineers, subcontractors, safety personnel, and vendors to prevent budget overruns and ensure quality/constructability. Implement value engineering to manage, develop, and select cost reduction options and maximize use of project budgets. Manage project financial performance and forecast monthly cashflow projections.Develop scope of work (SOW), request for proposal (RFP), project schedules, quality control and quality assurance plans, and site-specific safety plans. Conduct owner and internal management periodic progress schedule updates to ensure achievement of milestones and goals. Create bid documents and conduct bid walks of subcontractors and vendors.
