As a Quality Associate with 15 years of QMS related work experience, I have been responsible for activities within Quality Assurance (Product Design and Lifecycle Management), Risk Management (ISO 14971 & EU MDR), Product Quality and Post Market Surveillance and Promoting lean philosophies. I have successfully led projects in New Product Development, Design V&V, and supervised post market surveillance teams that performed Medical Device Reporting and Complaint handling. I also have experience in Process Validation, Internal Auditing, Manufacturing and Supplier Quality with extensive knowledge of 21 CFR 803 for medical devices. I have worked hands in Quality Management Systems such as MasterControl, Jira, HP ALM, ClearQuest, SAP, Windchill, Trackwise and Teamcenter Unified. I am an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt (SSGB) and Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) and have completed ISO 13485:2003 certification for Internal Auditing as well as Baxter Healthcare’s Lean Management Program.
