I lead by example, and humor goes a long way in working together as a team. I began leading in my first job at age 12, as a soccer referee certified by the United Soccer Association. Baseball opportunities persuaded me to move from UC Santa Barbara to Wagner College for a 5th year in college, where I continued to build upon my Government and Politics expertise. After graduation, coaches encouraged me to stay game-ready as a pitcher. I did, diligently, and worked full time at Trader Joe’s. When I re-assessed my priorities, I stayed on full time, considering management positions and having enjoyed success at customer service. Customers consistently submit 5-star reviews about me that are fulfilling, fun to read, and a result of my work ethic and self-motivation. My next job will use my analytic, business, leadership, and customer skills.
