I have built my career focused on empathetic approaches to successful customer outcomes. My experience focuses on the complete customer technical journey, starting with discovery and solution mapping in presales, moving to implementation and onboarding in post sales, driving adoption with technical customer success, and ultimately ensuring a working solution with technical customer support. Through two successful exits (New Relic IPO and Sauce Labs acquisition by TPG), I have built individual elements of this journey, as well as led a complete solution that spans across the focal areas to drive value and renewals for long lasting customer relationships. This has been applied at PLG level motions, low touch environments, and high touch enterprise and strategic level engagements.Having spent time working in product management has also given me a sense of the business of software delivery and operations as it relates to customer expectations. Aligning the technical solutions built through product with a tight market fit focuses on delivering value to the customer. This drives successful long term engagements and customer loyalty. It also has the benefit of ensuring the business is directionally correct and protects the interests of the company. Managing these expectations through the complete technical journey delivers stewardship of the of the solution, the company, and the customers it serves.
