I delivered several presentations to the Body Squad senior managers on omni-channel recommendations to improve Aveeno shelf presence at major retailers like Walmart, Target, and CVS. Additionally, I operated cross-functionally with the Innovation Team to present opportunities for novel SKU's and product implementations.

During this summer position at Rockwood, I worked closely with the portfolio operations department to assist in the implementation of a new RIA management program. Through extensive auditing processes with advisors, I worked towards solving foreseeable integration problems. I built templates, developed knowledge bank materials, and conducted live trainings to ensure that my personal responsibilities of the project would be seamlessly continued after my departure for the semester.
