As the Chief 'Treat' Officer and Owner of Barkley HQ my role is to make sure our Pet Grooming Partners, their Pet Parents and most importantly our collective Pets are well taken care of. Barkley HQ allows our Pet Grooming Partners to be more efficient in their business operations thus creating more enterprise value.

Planned, constructed and executed a strategic initiative to build on to a channel partner program to meet current and future market demand for Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR). Identified the right types of partnerships and partners. Recruited, completed due diligence and onboarded net new channel partners that will refer leads and resell Seegrid equipment. The channel program diversified the customer base and increased Seegrid's revenue streams.

Responsible for the channel relationship with the Raymond Corporation and all their Solution and Support Centers across North American. Created a sales enablement strategy and executed it across 75% of the salesforce. The goal of the training was increase their proficiency to sell a complete, value based hardware and software sale. Educated stakeholders on value propositions, key differentiators and provided real like experiences.
