· Prepare consolidated financial reports and management reports for Publicly Traded Company· Responsible for property level and consolidated GAAP accounting for multiple commercial real estate assets· Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as, required SEC reporting · Manage and consolidate outsourced accounting performed by property managers, partners or other service providers· Coordinated and support Auditors in quarterly reviews and annual audit· Oversee Budgets, Forecasts, Monthly Variance analysis and annual CAM reconciliations· Prepare depreciation, amortization, tenant improvements & straight-line rent schedules· Ensure all debt, property tax, insurance, and other accruals are properly recorded and paid· Assist in the documentation of critical accounting policies and judgments made to support accounting entries and reporting· Prepare and distribute monthly Tenant billings for multiple assets.· Assist in development and implementation of accounting and internal control procedures· Manage compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other compliance reporting

· Assist the project manager in the preparation of the monthly financial projection· Gain an understanding of the scope and areas of work included within the construction contract and other contractual requirements · Work with Project Manager to prepare monthly billings for the project and respond to customer inquiries · Gain an understanding of union agreements, benefit programs, prevailing wage requirements, sales and use tax requirements in the jurisdiction where the project is located· Review for appropriateness and process subcontractor applications for payment· Prepare miscellaneous project cost analyses for the project team and the Group Accounting Manager· Assist the Director of Finance with other analyses and reporting as assigned

· Responsible for Fund level accounting for multiple Mezzanine Debt Investment and Real Estate Equity Funds · Maintain general ledger accounts and production of quarterly financial statements in accordance with GAAP · Coordinated and support Auditors in annual audit of Funds · Execute monthly, quarterly and yearly financial close for Funds · Prepare and distribute quarterly internal operational/analytical reports for all Funds in the Company· Responsible for Fund level liquidity and cash flow projections· Calculate asset, fund and corporate level internal rates of return· Perform quarterly valuations of office assets using net present value of projected cash flows· Project market and sub-market revenue trends for appropriate fund and individual asset holding periods· Ad hoc analysis and data interpretation
