CurrentWhen the San Diego market opened up for ReedHein, I took the liberty of opening up that office, setting up marketing and advertising, moving here with my family, and making this my primary office. As I continue to remain among the top sales representatives in the country, I work to maintain a healthy work-life balance. My recent duties (2018) for ReedHein include becoming a Team Lead, mentoring and training 8 other Regional Consultants. This includes holding weekly training meetings, where we focus on how to give effective presentations, overcome objections, have a stronger close, and more clearly explain our services to potential clients, among other subjects. I also listen in to my team's individual presentations and provide one-on-one feedback of their strengths and constructive training on how to be more effective in other areas.
