A $30m portfolio of work with a team of circa 100 people delivering projects across Europe, North America and Africa. As Deputy Head of Delivery Management at LBi I supported the Head of Delivery Management with designing and implementing the department business plan and the day-to-day running of a team of over 45 delivery managers. I also continued in the role of programme director of a portfolio of clients including Honda, Tesco & Lloyds Banking Group. The portfolio comprised 25-30 projects at any one time. Highlights have included working as part of a 500 plus team to re-platform a multi-tier transactional banking application as part of Europe's largest ever integration programme in banking, developing a pan-European CMS platform with roll-out to 22 markets in 19 languages, overseeing a 360 branding campaign (print and digital) and redesigning and redeveloping the interface of a large retail site to work responsively across desktop, tablet, mobile and in store kiosks. I had annual budget responsibility of £10m+, 10 project managers reporting into me and operational responsibility for a team of over 60 digital specialists. My main duties included ensuring LBi deliver quality solutions to schedule and budget across all projects in the portfolio, risk management and issue resolution, business development, senior stakeholder liaison, maintaining DSO, write off and GP targets across the portfolio, team building and management, pipeline and capacity management. I also had line management responsibilities and co-ordinated LBi's delivery management capabilities improvement programme.

Programme Managed the Lloyds Banking Group account for LBi. This was the largest account in LBi's global network. It comprised 8-10 projects at any one time mainly focussing on re-platforming a multi-tier transactional banking platform and rolling this out for 5 brands across both the internet and mobile channels. I had annual budget responsibility of £3m+, 4 project managers reporting into me and operational responsibility for a team of 20-25. Main duties involved ensuring LBi delivered quality solutions to schedule and budget accross all projects in the programme, risk mitigation and issue resolution, business development within the account, senior stakeholder liaison, maintiaining DSO, write off and GP targets accross the programme, team building and management, pipeline and capacity management. Supervised the delivery of the user experience and design workstream of the first Release of Lloyds TSBs Galaxy programme, a £250 million 5 year business change programme to redefine Lloyds Banking Group's online offering and supporting business processes. The programme involves many 3rd parties (including an offshore model for development) and many different stakeholders from Lloyds Banking Group itself which requires a great deal of stakeholder and relationship management to ensure the smooth delivery of my workstream.Prior to that I oversaw a global site redesign and build of Dresdner Kleinwort investment bank's corporate website followed by a similar project for Dresdner Kleinwort's global intranet. The website was mainly brochureware driven by Teamsite CMS, multilingual and incorporated Flash modules. The site was cutting edge for financial services at launch and was nominated for 3 awards. The intranet was a bespoke .NET implementation built around social networking and knowledge management principles.

I worked primarily in the financial services portfolio at LBi. Spent 6 months working on a Barclaycard account managing a range of projects across the client's portfolio. The main focus of these projects was to support new product launches or advertising campaigns. They ranged from banner campaigns to providing strategic digital direction for the client for the next 5 years. Project values ranged from £15k to £100k and concurrency meant I was often overseeing 5 projects with a total budget of £250k and a multi disciplinary team of up to 12 people. I oversaw these projects from concepting to post go live support. The projects were varied and included all aspects of digital media including concepting, user research, user experience design, visual design, strategic consultancy, development, quality assurance, hosting and post launch support.
