Ability to reverse engineer from 3D scan data and integral in using 3D printing for fixturing, drill jigs, and scribing tools. Additionally work with metrology for tool inspection, and scribe / feature locating. Involved in system stack-up analysis studies, general part / assembly design, and drawing release.

Services include: built custom forged internal motors, flash tuning, fueling and port injection controller configuration, turbocharger upgrades, suspension installation and tuning, fabrication and welding, clutch installations and transmission swaps, and general maintenance.

Worked as a Radio Frequency Project Engineer Intern. Helped design and implement antenna and DAS system testing procedures. Led field testing team and collaborated with contracted parties to troubleshoot signal loss issues. Conducted return loss testing as well as coverage mapping. Worked in-shop to construct radio racks. Designed DC power feeds to incorporate current sensors for I/O integration. Additionally lead onsite antenna tuning.

Worked as a Radio Frequency Engineering Intern. Modified engineering drawings, updated drawing standards, edited (BOM’s) using computer aided systems such as Solidworks. Created and manipulated Solidworks assemblies, sub-assemblies, and individual components. Utilized CST files to design amplifier housing assemblies. Collaborated with other engineers and sat in on product testing as part of my training.
