With my promotion to Senior Recruiting Coordinator, I am challenged with taking on more complex tasks along with executing the responsibilities of a recruiting coordinator. I have worked on a multitude of projects in my short tenure in this position. My projects include projecting facility needs for the interview process by analyzing relevant data, developing a program for weekly stand up meetings, acting as an offer letter subject matter expert, and troubleshooting interview coordination processes with both the coordination team and the Executive Recruiters that I support.

As a recruiting coordinator, it is my goal to make the LinkedIn interview process a Best on Planet experience for candidates. I have supported the Engineering, Product, General and Administrative, and Executive Search recruiting team to schedule interviews, greet candidates when the come onsite, and draft offer letters. I was also in charge of coordinating interview logistics, to include candidate travel arrangements, interview room preparation, and ensure the overall success of the interview process.

As the Executive Team Leader, Replenishment, I was responsible for managing, organizing, and overseeing the overnight and daytime logistics processes to include the oversight of up to 60 personnel. A large part of my responsibilities included creating a plan for product location, inventory management, and operational plans to move merchandise to the sales floor effectively. As an overnight executive, it was important for me to understand human resources processes in addition to monitoring payroll and sales reports. I was also in charge of hiring new team members and overseeing talent management, including training, corrective coachings and preparation for promotional interviews for employees who showed leadership ability.
