Blucando is a small tech startup, my role mainly focused on the management of selling and administrating services through recommending and explaining the services or products available, quoting, and arranging the deployment of other departments. I would engage with customers to build relationships with monthly calls to ensure satisfaction, and helping in whatever issues they face to get the most out of the service. I would be handlings different cases at the same time, gaining an understanding of multiple customer issues and time constraints simultaneously and liaising to resolve and update throughout. I Managed and monitored sales phoneline and email as well as transferring to other departments wherever necessary. During my time there I also was the main driving force of a complete overhaul and improvement of customer database through updating and creating businesses, contacts, leads and deals. During my time at Blucando I also worked towards sourcing and quoting customers equipment, finding competitive pricing, and helping the customer recognise what kit they may need. Nearing the end of my contract with Blucando I also launched multiple social media platforms and was the lead on social media management through creating and finding new relevant content, setting up and personally completing professional photos shoots, monitoring insights and performance of socials, and scheduling posts.

At Moss Bros I started my first customer facing job. I worked towards identifying customer needs through a face-to-face conversation, and possessed the ability to recommend and display items that correspond to the requirements through time spent learning current popular movements in fashion and how it would affect the stores environment. I answered phone calls and advising based on consumers’ needs and wants and had the ability to compare options and give my opinion based on market knowledge. I also worked towards designing and maintaining front of house displays to target seasonal trends and managing point of sale processes, as well as taking payments and creating orders.
