I was a participant in the TreeCATS Program at the University of Kentucky where we discussed common practices and concerns within the field of Urban Forestry and created weekly project-based responses to complex questions within the field. We also attended many professional lectures given by partners of the Urban Forest Initiative.

Performed as a percussionist for Turning Age at many Kentucky venues such as Heritage Hall (Lexington Convention Center) for the Rollergirls of Central Kentucky, Berea Arena Theater in Berea, KY, and Bobby'z Place in Berea, KY. I was responsible for setting up and tearing down equipment including sound systems and a drum set for every show as well as performing setlists of anywhere from 45 minutes to 4 hours of music. Turning Age's work culminated in the release of a self-titled EP.
