My role as the Coalition Coordinator was to be the "glue" that both brought and held our local community together. I oversaw a large federal grant and program that aimed to reduce community risk factors and improve overall community health and wellness.This was a complex position that required high accountability and accuracy in even the smallest daily decisions and further strengthened my abilities as a communicator and leader.

I primarily oversaw the Granite Falls Food Bank, a program of the Coalition that served over 2,000 community members on a monthly basis. I was responsible for over half a million dollars in funding, and managing 60+ volunteers and staff members. My job duties were as follows:- Hiring, Firing, and Management of Staff.- Management and Recruiting of Volunteers.- Obtaining Additional Funding and Grantwriting as Needed.- Coordinating the Expenditure of Federal and Private Funds.- Managing Relationships with Donors, and Partners.- Drafting and Presenting Monthly Reports to the Feds, Board, and Community. - Publicly Speaking at Various Engagements to Garner Support.- Designing and Printing Creative Materials (Ads, Banners, Graphics, Logos, etc) - Management of Social Media Accounts and Outreach (1000% Growth in 1 Year)

During this time I learned to film, edit, and produce media, design all marketing materials including websites, send out church-wide emails and newsletters, and more. I was preaching to church members of all ages, handling most of the church communication, rapidly growing a team and developing new leaders, and growing the church.

I got my start in occupational ministry in 2019 when I was offered a position as an elementary director at LifePoint Church in Lake Stevens, WA. Through a insatiable desire to serve and to grow - I studied scripture, relevant literature, and took college classes relentlessly while immediately practicing what I was learning in my role. By the hand of God I was able to take part in the resurrection of a struggling Children’s Ministry and shortly thereafter was granted the opportunity at further leadership.At LifePoint, I became a generalist. I was leading the Children’s Ministry, preaching consistently to the older Youth (Middle-High School), I was an extension site director for Southeastern University, and became a communications specialist for the Church as well.

LGC provides temporary staffing to clients in the Hospitality industry, and after interviewing to become a temp - I began my tenure with LGC as a dishwasher.As a dishwasher, I learned more than I could've ever imagined. As a result of my drive and desire for growth I was allowed to become a prep cook, a server, a shift lead, and more. Eventually, LGC asked if I would be willing to help with office duties in the corporate branch in Seattle which, knowing the opportunity I was being offered, I accepted with immense gratitude.I worked very hard and was persistent with my requests to become a recruitment manager for LGC. After a short time, I experienced fast-growth into mid-level management where I was responsible for 200+ active employees. I found myself excitedly leading one of the most wildly successful office branches in the company which did $1M in sales in its first year of business.I managed high-profile client accounts such as Century Link Field, the Seattle Zoo, Hilton, Marriott, The Museum of Pop Culture, Sea-Tac International Airport, and more.Eventually, I led the Sales Division of the branch entirely on my own and continued to grow our accounts at a rapid scale.

I was hired by LGC as a temporary associate that fulfilled a variety of roles for their clients in the Hospitality industry.LGC would send me to wherever they felt I would be the best fit. I worked in 8 different cities, for over 20 different clients, fulfilling 6 different roles.I was a barista, a dishwasher, a prep cook, an expo, banquet staff, and a server. Some consistent clients I was sent to were Boeing, Salesforce, Microsoft, the Seattle Zoo, and the Xfinity Arena.I did this until I was promoted to an internal position within LGC.

I was responsible for the practical execution of any and all product marketing strategies while partnering with the sales team to generate as many high conversion sales leads as possible.I was one of the highest performing assistants in office and set several sales meetings for our reps every day while continuing my academic education.
