I am a dedicated worker and am always looking for new challenges and ways to develop professionally. I have worked in convenience stores, restaurants and offices where I have developed excellent customer and client service skills. Communicating effectively both to your team and your client is key to achieve growth and stability. Everyone is different, and it's important to communicate in a way they understand. Work Ethic is extremely important. What you do with every minute of every day translates directly into who you are and what you're about. Consistently proving yourself every day speaks volumes as to who you are and that's exactly what I believe in. My experience as a Co-op student in a Real Estate office gave me insight into the business world. There, I had busy Brokers and Agents that still took time to invest in my education because they could sense my drive and willingness to learn. I am very grateful for my experience there. My experience as a clerk in convenience stores prepared me to be a quick and critical thinker. A customer or technical issue could arise at any time, and a solution needed be quick to follow. Ensuring customer satisfaction is key for any businesses success, a skill I acquired over two years.Working at Wendy's as a Supervisor and Crew Member has taught me valuable experience-one you may not expect from a fast food restaurant. I've worked at two locations, one being corporate owned, and the other franchised. At both locations I gained communication and team building skills. As crew, I learned every position that I could to maximize flexibility. This allows me to use any of my skills wherever at any time, and to be able to switch on a dime. I know how and who to answer to, and how to motivate my fellow team members. As a Supervisor, I gained valuable management experience. How to delegate, motivate and lead by example for the crew members I lead. Overall, Wendy's has taught me plenty in team work, and role-flexibility.
